A la Carte Services: We also offer additional services if you want to upgrade your plan at anytime. For example, you have the Silver Package but you want more Open Houses. Each additional 2-hour Open House is $75. If you are a Buyer or Renter and want to look at homes but do not want to sign an Exclusive Buyer's Representation Agreement.
